When Diego Marmanillo, D.C., took over Middletown Health, Wellness and Chiropractic in December 2024, the practice entered an exciting new chapter—one rooted in collaboration, transparency, and whole-body care.

This transition created the opportunity for a deeper partnership with Soul Real Wellness, aligning two practices under a shared philosophy: that the most effective care happens when services work together and the patient is an active part of the process. Through this collaboration, patients can experience integrated care that supports alignment, recovery, and long-term wellness.

Middletown Health, Wellness and Chiropractic was founded by Peter Holst, D.C., who was the first provider in the Hudson Valley to introduce SoftWave TRT. His forward-thinking belief in regenerative, non-invasive healing helped elevate the standard of care in the region. Dr. Holst retired in December 2024, leaving behind a powerful legacy of innovation and patient-first values.

That legacy continues—and expands.

In December 2024, leadership of Middletown Health, Wellness and Chiropractic transitioned to Diego Marmanillo, D.C., who carries forward Dr. Holst’s commitment to innovation while continuing to raise the standard of patient-centered care. With a shared belief in accountability, measurable outcomes, and collaborative healing, Dr. Marmanillo has expanded the practice’s vision—embracing advanced technology and integrated care models that empower both provider and patient.

In December 2025, Soul Real Wellness acquired MOTI Physio®, bringing this advanced postural and movement assessment technology into Middletown Health, Wellness and Chiropractic. This milestone made the collaborative space the first in the Hudson Valley to offer MOTI Physio® on-site.

While MOTI Physio® is owned by Soul Real Wellness, both Soul Real Wellness and Middletown Health, Wellness and Chiropractic provide this service, using the same data, insights, and measurements to guide truly collaborative care.

In the event I am away from the phone or with a patient, please leave the following information and I will get back to you:

• Name, call back number, preferred days and times. It can be booked on different days or same day (depending on availability)
• The type of plan you purchased (Trial, Package, or Membership)
